For some reason I just love pictures of buttons. I found this one particularly striking. I love the stark color of the white, the buttons, and the lace reminds me of the lace on my mother’s wedding dress.

Unique and I love it!
Yes – you are seeing that correctly. She is wearing a purple wedding dress. I love the lace one-shoulder detail and her turquoise ring. But what I really like about this wedding are the little details. Take a gander:
Comment from original blogger: For $150, Tracy designed and printed their invitations and ceremony programs. The paper came from Kelly Paper and the printing was done at 1 Up Graphics. I love how ceremoniously the bride puts on her dress and her mother and bridesmaids button, zip and primp her up. I remember watching my cousin put on her wedding dress when I was her flower girl.
The back of the dress, the lace, the graden…. *swoon*
My friend Meredith says this is her dress for her future, future wedding.

This dress was featured in Estee Lauder’s “Beautiful” fragrance ad campaign. I fell in love (if you read a few posts below) and found the dress thanks to a reader!
